Steamed “yo sushi” Style Buns
Delicious steamed Japanese buns filled with stir fried garlic cabbage, cabbage, green pepper and sweet chilli sauce. These are super easy to make.
Sliced Green Pepper
1 x sliced garlic clove
sweet chilli sauce
Cook the sliced cabbage, garlic and sliced green pepper with little soy sauce. Steam the buns a bamboo steamed on top of a pan of water. Fill the Cooke shuns with the filling and top with sweet chilli sauce or other sauce of choice.
