Kids Sharing Nibble Board

One of our favourite throw together lunches has to be the kids nibble board. It’s so simple and easy to make and you can use anything you have available in the fridge or cupboard. It looks a bit fancy but really its not and its also a great way to use up leftovers to save on food waste. We also love having these for a weekend evening movie snack.

You can see one of our nibble boards in my ‘Lockdown Lunches’ video on my Youtube channel below. I’ve also listed a few ideas for your own nibble boards below.

Cheese – all types, served with a variety of crackers

Dried fruit – we quite often have little bits leftover.

Smoked salmon, ham, other deli meat slices

Sliced fruit & vegetables – creating plenty of colour

Other items – leftovers, olives, bread, bread sticks, dips, chutneys, sauces, spreads.

Sweet things – chocolate, cakes, mini doughnutsm cake bars etc.
