Set your timers and go!!!
You might be wondering why I’m talking about cleaning when my passion is health and wellness, but looking at my health holistically and all that has an impact on it, I have to take my housework into consideration.
My housework causes me anxiety, stress and makes me feel like a failure if its not done! I struggle for time though…I really struggle for time! I am a busy mum of three messy little people and they need so much of my time and so much cleaning up after (which I don’t mind of course because I love them to pieces).
I can however spare fifteen minutes, knowing that in fifteen minutes I can get surprisingly a lot done!
- Pick the worst area of your home! (yeah I mean it, go for it!)
- Set the timer to 15minutes!
- Ready Set, Clean!
- Clean likes there’s no tomorrow! Solid cleaning for fifteen minutes!
- Stop when the timer stops and leave the rest for the next session
You’ll be surprised how much you can get done in fifteen minutes, I know I was! I was surprised! If you don’t get a whole area clean, that’s fine just work on it next time you have a 15 minute block free!
