I have been cooking up a variety of healthy meals for the family, many are plant based but we also include a little meat and fish in our diets more often now too. Many meal ideas are shared here in the recipes and also on my Instagram page.

I have been monthly meal planning and saving time and money in the kitchen with my recent monthly meal plans and plan to continue this along with other time saving ideas for the home.

There are loads of easy recipe ideas here for the family I hope you find some inspiration, tips and tricks for the keeping everyone fed well, stress free and healthy.

I am particularly interested in looking at the families health from a holistic point of view and have included some other ideas here too!
