Healthy snickers bars

Made to order and available at my market stall.

Healthy “snickers” bar made with a cashew and coconut flour base, topped with a peanut butter caramel filling, peanuts and a thin dark chocolate drizzle.

These bars are really filling and are a great high energy snack made with healthy and natural ingredients. I split my bars into three cubes and eat pre/post exercise or during a really long walk.  Great body fuel!

Health chocolate bars made with raw cacao powder and cacao butter, high in antioxidants and a guilt free treat!

Nourishing ingredients include, raw cacao powder, raw cacao butter, agave syrup and almonds…simple!  😊

Brazil nut cacao fudge slice

Naughty treats!  Brazil nut cacao fudge slice made with Brazil nuts, medjool dates, cacao and coconut oil, topped with a thin layer of raw chocolate and sprinkled with coconut!

So yummy!  It’s difficult to just eat one!  Available to order online on our etsy store and sold at market.  Drop us a line through the contact form or email.

 


Pasta with mixed salad

Super quick pasta with mixed salad for lunch.

salad vegetables of choice

sunflower and linseeds for sprinkling

mozzerella balls (optional)

olive oil

Cook the pasta and whilst cooking chop up all the salad bits and bobs, then add to pasta and sprinkle with seeds, season and drizzle with olive oil.  Enjoy!


Red Thai curry veg & garlic mushrooms

Super fast supper and lucky to as we were soooo hungry!

Stir fried peppers and broccoli with a red Thai curry sauce, topped with crispy fried meaty garlic mushrooms.

Large meaty mushrooms

Stir fry the broccoli and sliced peppers and add the sauce, stir fry the noodles separately and season.  Top with crisy Mushrooms fried in high heat oil and garlic.  Season and serve.  Yum!  I feel hungry again ✌️😍

 

 

 


Strawberry “milk”shake

Strawberry milkshake!

Blend a cup of strawberries with 1 – 2 cups of almond milk and a dash of maple syrup and serve! 😎  If this was for breakfast You could add a banana in and a tsp of super powder and some extra water!

Aubergine & tomato tower

I love the taste of summer!  Pan fried aubergine and fresh Italian multicoloured tomatoes from the Keith deli (for those that are local)! 😊

Slice the aubergine into thick slices and pan fry in olive oil until cooked through and add a sprinkle of salt!  Slice the tomato and layer with the cooked aubergine!  Serve, yum!
