Welcome to this short collection of recipes to help you create a traditional Scottish Supper for Burn’s Night. It is celebrated annually on January 25th, the birthday of Scotland’s national poet, Robert Burns. We enjoy haggis and some other Scottish classics with friends and family and read the poems of Robert Burns.

The dish was made famous through his poem “Address to a Haggis” elevating it from humble peasant food to a national icon. Friends gathered to eat haggis after his death and the tradition was born to enjoy haggis on Burns night as a centerpiece.
