New Christmas Cookbook – 12 Days of Christmas

Hey everyone! I hope you are all starting to feel excited about the Christmas season. I’m really excited to let you know I just released my “12 days of Christmas cookbook” this week. It’s packed with lovely Scottish inspired Christmas recipes!

Check out the video below to see a full preview of the Christmas cookbook with details of all the recipes included. They are inspired by Scottish traditions and seasonal availability.

Inside the book you will find a short collection of my Christmas family favourites! The Christmas broth is delicious as a starter at the Christmas table and is something we would quite often have traditionally on Christmas day and boxing day. The simple Christmas spiced biscuits are lovely to make with the kids. Stamp out the biscuits with your favourite cookie cutters and decorate with icing and Christmas sweets.

If you enjoy pigs in blankets at the Christmas table you will love the delicious huge pigs in blankets Christmas bake with roasted vegetables. It’s the perfect family dish to have on Christmas eve or to enjoy throughout the Christmas holidays.

If you love making the traditional Gingerbread house why not try my lovely Scottish themed Gingerbread bothies in my cookbook! They are so cute and another favourite to make with the kids. You can add in any sweets of your choice on top. Crushed up Scottish hard sweets would work lovely with these. Hands up if you could eat a bothy roof covered in crushed up Soor Granny Plooms! Yummy!

I didn’t provide a standard turkey cooking recipe but did create a delicious traditional oatmeal Roastit Bubbly Jock Stuffing. This recipe is delicious and can also be used in a Chicken or Goose recipe too.

I also really love the apple and marzipan tart its so easy to make, looks really impressive with the guests around Christmas time and is a quick one to whip up.

If you enjoy a delicious Christmas trifle you will love the boozey Typsy Laird recipe in this book its so easy to make and looks great in a decorative bowl. You can skip the booze and add fruit juice if you prefer too.

Above is a list of all the delicious recipes you will find in the book to use over Christmas. The cookbook is available to download by the clicking the image or link below. If you have any questions drop me a line. Take Care and I hope you enjoy the exciting Christmas prep.
