The Wee Cook: Fun Winter Baking for Children

Hello Wee Larder friends! Wow what an exciting year it has been already! I recently launched The Wee Cook as part of my journey reaching the younger generations with Scottish recipes and cooking traditions. As part of The Wee Cook a brand new seasonal cooking guide has been released just for wee ones! It is designed to make cooking fun, simple and seasonal while exploring the seasons with ingredients, a look at whats growing and plenty of seasonal crafts and activities to keep young ones busy in the kitchen!

Winter is a magical time to cozy up in the kitchen and learn some new baking skills. Why not even try creating your own recipe using the blank recipe card at the back. We will make delicious recipes, have fun crafting in the kitchen with playdough and cress, make a fancy traditional Scottish recipe and enjoy puzzles and lots more.
